Sergey, what version of mozilla do we use in VPE? Actually we render panelBar to html as runtime renderer does it. In our old vpe (before xulruner) mozilla counts div size in a strange way. So we got the same html in vpe as we got it in runtime but mozilla (vpe) doesn't count div size correctly.
So I don't think we can fix it quickly.
