Reproduced in build 200711041336-nightly
Steps to reproduce:
1 create JSFKickStart with name JSFtest
2 Delete it without content
3 Import  JSFtest into workspace but while importing change name of the project to JSFtestNew
4 Import again JSFtest into workspace and while importing change name of the project to JSFTestNew
Project will be imported wit two exceptions.
