Create JSFProject
Remove JSF Capabilities
In Package Explorer Add Struts capabilities to this project
java.lang.NullPointerException occur.
Log attached.

May be it will be better to remove from menu JBoss tools->Add Struts Capabilities for JSF projects in Package Exporer View
