"Subtitle is not found for key..." string against subtitle string.

EXECUTE: Create Seam project
EXECUTE: Open "Seam Components 1.2 Editor" on components.xml file
EXECUTE: Create new component
EXECUTE: Select "Property" menu item on created component
ASSERT: "Property" dialog appears and shows correct title and subtitle
