XULRunner is now in rawhide, e.g. http://mirror.cc.vt.edu/pub/fedora/linux/development/x86_64/os/Packages/xulrunner-1.9-0.alpha9.2.fc9.x86_64.rpm and the /usr/lib64/xulrunner-1.9a9pre in there would map to the plugin /xulrunner directory.
