os x 10.5 is not supported for RHDS in this release (will come in an upcoming version)

Windows 2003 is not something we have done any specific testing that platform (we target Windows XP)

We have 1 or 2 devs using Win2000 which haven't reported any issues and is using the visual page editor.

The error number (0x80004002) means NS_NO_INTERFACE so it looks like you don't have the xpcom plugin for some reason.

Could you try and start eclipse with eclipse -debug and tell what comes up in the Error Log View?
