actually its both working and broken at the same time!

For war I get:

deploy/test2.war (with the expected layout)
deploy/test2 (which is a full copy of the project!)

for ear I get

deploy/eartest-ear.ear (with the expected layout)
deploy/eartest (which is a full copy of the project!)

What the heck is going on here...
