I've fixed these and more.

>Click new runtime - select "Deploy only runtime"

     The deploy only runtime had no server that required it.

   The facets  where not defined nor bridged.

  Name fixed + they now work like our other servers.

   XPathModel were trying to do the unposible thinking DeployServer is an JBossServer.

3) When deploying to the deploy only server the old bug of publishing WTP non-nested were still around.
Had to copy code from jbosserverdeployer to deployableserver. Should make that code shared in future revs.
