update the guide according to Michael remarks:
"* It would be good to provide some an introduction to the 4 chapters at the beginning: Ch#1 discusses how to install runtimes and servers; Ch#2 discusses how to manage installed JBoss AS servers;
Ch#3 covers how to select installed runtime/server in your web project; Ch#4 covers how to deploy.

   * I'd also like to see more transition sentences between chapters.  
Things like: "In this chapter we will discuss how to manage installed JBoss AS servers from within the JBDS. ... THE CONTENT ... Now you know how to manage JBoss AS servers. In the next chapter, we will discuss how to use the installed JBoss AS runtimes in your web projects." etc. etc.

* Please explain what is "webtools" and what is 'WTP". Explain what JBDS projects are "webtools" projects."
