Feell myself to bad yesterday, so made some mistakes.

JPA implementation.

Problem was - from start of testing on this build, when i create WAR with persistance in JPA step both of checkboxes was unselected. And project created and run onserver fine.

After i select option (as shown on screenshot), WAR project created show error (in problems view) that persistance.xml not found. And when i deployed it in server, same error in console appears, as when WAR w/o persistance deployed. And project didn't work on server.

Reinstall of studio didn't fix this.

Maybe this behavior not linked with this checkboxes. Anyway i received new build today. I'll check it again, and post here results.
