double click in project explorer under Web node does not open files

EXECUTE: Create new seam project
EXECUTE: Look in Project Explorer, expand the Web node (has same name as project)
EXECUTE: Double click a file, e.g. login.xhtml
ASSERT: login.xhtml opens up in the default editor 

Currently that does nothing. No errors logged either. Need to right click and open.

double click all other places seem to work fine.
