I have a similar problem as well.  I'm running RHDS 1.0.0 Beta 2, though I had the same problem with Beta 1.  I built my eclipse project w/the command line version of seam-gen.  The problem occurs when the CSS editor is first loaded and when you change editors and come back to the CSS editor.
