JIRA cleanup of old issues:

I'm going to mark this as outdated for a few reasons.
First, we've obviously gone full-steam ahead with WTP.
Secondly, we've already adopted facets extensively.
Thirdly, the default WTP publishing model now makes use of the virtual component project structure.
