I think these two actions should simply be removed. (Register Web Context in Server,  Unregister Web Context in Server)
The wizard mentions Context Path, which JBoss is not prepared to make use of at this time. 
The actions also duplicate WTP functionality.

I think it's safe (and even a good idea) to remove both..
