EXECUTE: add to WEB-INF/lib a4j.jar and refresh the project.
ASSERT: classpath contains a4j.jar.
EXECUTE: Invoke 'Add Custom Capabilities...'

EXECUTE: Press 'Yes' button.
ASSERT: Result screen shows changes done for this capability in web.xml and class path including removal of a4j.jar.

Test B.
EXECUTE: Press 'No' button.
ASSERT: Result screen shows only text changes done in web.xml, no library changes.

Test C.
EXECUTE: Press 'Cancel' button.
ASSERT: Result screen shows no changes done for this capability.
