Remember to cover the special cases:
1) file does not contain any exceptions from today (then grap at least something, first X bytes)
2) if file only contain from today (get all of the file)
3) otherwise just get the part with exceptions from last 24 hrs + the first line that is older so we can see we did not miss anything.
