Welcome HTML screen starts before the earlierStartup method is called by eclipse where we initialize the path to XULRunner. The org.mozilla.xpcom classes are not initialized if there is no installed XULRunner on computer and Welcome HTML Screen finds properly installed mozilla browser (e.g. firefox). If there are no the Welcome HTML Screen everything works fine (Internal Browser, Dynamic Help (yellow window) for Content Assist, VPE).

Will try to find an approach to initialize XULRunner path before Welcome HTML Screen start.
