Seam runtime not saved locally for plain java projects

EXECUTE: Create 2 seam runtimes
EXECUTE: Create 1 java project
EXECUTE: enable seam via right click on project
EXECUTE:select the non-default seam runtime
EXECUTE:restart eclipse
ASSERT: the same non-default seam runtime is chosen

It is not + there are zero files stored in .settings which would also mean I would not be able to import this project anywhere and have it choose a shared name.
