I just noticed that run as/debug as toolbar entries are not available in Seam perspective - they should be.

Testcase:
EXECUTE: Run RHDS
EXECUTE: Create JSF kick start project
EXECUTE: Create any xhtml file
EXECUTE: Run xhtml file on server
ASSERT: check "run as/debug as" icons in toolbar
