1. Web projects View > New JSF project.
2. Select JSF 1.2, JSFKickStartWithoutLibs
3. Try to select Servlet 2.4 or 2.3

Look at screenshot.
In prevoius builds all work fine with 2.3 and 2.4... Now they unavailable...
