Instead of creating a project in the default (workspace) location, I provided another dir. So

c:\apps\eclipse33\workspace was changed to c:\apps\projects

The normal project was created in this location, but the test project in c:\apps. It therefor did not show up in my 'workspace' whereas the normal project did.
