Testcase:
1. EXECUTE: Open New Seam Web Project Wizard
2. EXECUTE: Fill feilds, press next
3. EXECUTE: On page 2 (Project Facets) select Seam 1.2 facet
4. EXECUTE: Go to page 5 (Seam Facet) 
5. ASSERT: There are only Seam 1.2 runtimes in Seam Runtime field.
6. EXECUTE: Comeback to page 2
7. EXECUTE: Select Seam 2.0 facet
8. EXECUTE: Go to page 5 (Seam Facet)
9. ASSERT: There are only Seam 2.0 runtimes in Seam Runtime field.
