Rob Stryker commented on JBIDE-1183:
------------------------------------

JBoss itself does not support JDK 6.0, so why should the JBoss AS Adapter support it?

I can easily make the change, but my question is, if JBoss itself does not support JDK 6, then why would JBossWS require JDK 6?

> When creating an EJB or dynamic Web or Application Client Project then the Java facet only allows "5.0", but not "6.0". WTP 2.0 and 2.0.1 allow 6.0 for their generic JBoss adapter.
> The restriction to 5.0 makes it impossible to create secure Web Services with JBossWS and JDK 1.6. Please allow also 6.0 for the Java facets of these project types. Thank you.
