* An HTML index page with links to all bundled document books

* A Getting Started Guide

* A JBoss AS Server Manager Guide (see http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/RHDS-270)

* A Seam Tools Guide (see http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/RHDS-270)

* JBoss JSF Tools Guide

* Legacy Struts / JSF Guide

* Exadel Migration Guide

* Hibernate tools ref guide. It is available here: http://www.hibernate.org/hib_docs/tools/reference/en/html/ But we need to get its docbook source and make it build with the rest of RHDS docs.

* Jbpm tools ref guide. It is available here: http://docs.jboss.com/jbpm/v3/gpd/ But we need to get its docbook source and make it build with the rest of RHDS docs.
