Yes, the doc team should have a build script that pulls down the docbook source from the hibernate tools / jbpm tools SVN repo and build them with the RHDS style sheets.

If we need to update the docbook source to make it work with the RHDS style sheet, we should make the changes in the hibernate tools / jbpm tools SVN.
