    Resolution: Cannot Reproduce Bug

if you have your src on the class or sourcepath defined properly in the project eclipse will open the exact file only once.

If it somehow thinks its a different file (check the name on the tab) then it will be different.

Note: this can also be because you have General/Search/Reuse editors show matches disabled for some reason .
