thus
- GSG remains on its old place
- JbossJSFTools, legacy-jsf-struts and migration guide remain also on their old place
- Hibernate tools ref guide won't be relocated anyway, but RHDS style sheets will be added to it
- Jbpm tools ref guide won't be relocated. 
   -if Jbpm tools ref guide source will be found (hope, Koen will look for it tomorrow), we'll add RHDS style sheets to it. 
  - if Jbpm tools ref guide source won't found, we'll have to make docdook source from HTML manually and then add RHDS style sheets to it.
we need to know about the source availability asap, as it's takes some time to convert HMTL into docbook source.

some questions are still ananswered:
where should we put on SVN A JBoss AS Server Manager Guide?
where should we put on SVN A Seam Tools Guide ?
where should be placed  HTML index page with links to all bundled document books?
