Create JSF1.2 KickStart project
Open Project archive view
Export  JSF1.2 KickStart project into war using Project archive view
Delete project with content from workspace
Import project from war archive using Import JSF Project from *.war.

It will be imported without Source files.
If use Import->Web->WAR file - project will be imported correct with source files.
