1. Import seam enabled project from seam/tests/org.jboss.tools.seam.ui.tests/projects
2. Try change any component name in components.xml file
3. Changes in Seam Components View delay for one step.

try change myComponent to myComponent1, save xml file. Nothing is changed on Seam Components View. Change myComponent1 to myComponent2 and SeamComponents view shows the component myComponent1 and so on.
