2. Target Runtime (JBoss 4.2) 
3. Project Facet - Configurations (Dynamic Web Project with Seam 1.2)
4. Seam Facet -
     i.  Seam runtime - jboss-seam-2.0.0.BETA1
     ii. Deploy as - ear

Problem Occured:
