JBoss EAP 4.2.GA does not include a file called "seam" (since they explicitly exclude seam-gen)

The check needs to check something else; e.g. the jar's which are what the runtime actually needs.

Of course our seam generation stuff will fail if the runtime does not contain seam-gen related files, but that is another issue/situation to handle.

(note: i've update the warning to tell why the seam folder is not usable so the user can know what is missing)
