Steps to reproduce:
1. Select File -> New -> Project... -> Seam Web Project -> Next
2. Specify project name and Target runtime (embedded or external) -> Next
3. Select Java Persistence -> Next
4. Next
5. Next
6. Select "Server Supplied JSF implementation" -> Next
7. Specify package names in "Code generation" section -> Finish

Project is created. In the view "Problems" there are several warnings and one error:

Severity and Description: error: Attribute phase-listener references to non-existent class org.jboss.seam.jsf.TransactionalSeamPhaseListener
Path: seam-rhds-t1/WebContent/WEB-INF
Resource: faces-config.xml
Location: line 9
