I found that action was not refreshed properly. For instance, even initially it should not have display name 'Set expanded', but rather be resolved to 'Expand' or 'Collapse'. That is fixed.

As to its work, action works as designed: when 'Expand' is invoked, '+' appears to the left of the node, that is action gives ability to browse the content of tld file, it should not expand the tree. Action 'Collapse' will remove that '+', that is it removes ability to browse the content of tld file.
