No, wizard creates new launch configuration at every run. So I create my launch configuration with additional attributes. When I build hibernate Configuration I use the atributes to build it with my Reverse Engeneering Strategy(to use only selected tables).

I am not worring about additional attributes, because launch configuration file rewrited every time.

SCE scrinshot - our standard Seam Generate Entities, SCE1 scrinshot - Seam Generate Entities wizard that runs after table selection(my - need enhancements).
