Oh, yes, now I found it. (I don't know why I didn't see it before...).
This means that user might rerun our code generation.
In this case we need to save it to different file and if we want to show it to the user we need to show to him selected tables too(is this possible?). May be we need to save this as different launch configuration and delete it after code generation (user will not be able to rerun it) ?
