New seam find ref/decl buttons are all enabled even though they don't do anything

On new fresh workspace or when nothing is selected the find seam ref/decl buttons are enabled even though they wont do anything.

And why are these buttons ? if they need an ui shouldn't they be in the normal Search dialog  (e.g. see Spring Beans Search)
