Updated to jboss-seam-2.0.1.GA.

One note: it seems that schema identity-management-2.0.xsd has an error in it.
It references <xs:attributeGroup ref="security:attlist.jpa-identity-store"/>
using namespace 'security', while attlist.jpa-identity-store is declared not in 
security-2.0.xsd but in this same file. 

Now about 2.1. Released jboss-seam-2.1.0.A1 contains *-2.1.xsd schemas 
that differ insignificantly from *.2.0.xsd. May that mean that final 2.1 release also 
will not have dramatic changes in schemas? If so, support for 2.1 can be 
implemented quite easily now. When is going to be the best time to update to 
Seam Components editor to 2.1?
