A few bugs for <h:panelGrid> representation in VPE.

1) Double click on element in caption of panelGrid breaks its selection in VPE
2) panelGrid has bad selection in VPE (SEE PICTURE ATTACHED)
3) Resizement of component should first change width and heigth attributes if they exist, and after that (if width or heigth unavailable) style attribute. Now we can't change it height.
