Possibly it is Eclipse error. 

EXECUTE: Create Seam Ear project.
EXECUTE: Delete web part of project(with Webcontent folder) - press "Delete" button, select "Do not delete content".
EXECUTE: Import>Existing project to workspace> Select previously removed web part. Enable option "Copy ptoject to workspace". Press Finish.
FAILURE: Exception appears in error log. Instead of warning of some sort.
