After discussion with Max:
1) save filters in Launch configuration in reveng.xml manner 
2) remove messages like 'bla-bla-bla not found'
3) get include/exclude buttons behaviour from RevengEditor/Tables&Filter tab
4) Finish button enabled even nothing added as filter.
5) signal to Max after the changes. ;)
