EXECUTE: Create JSFKickStart project 
EXECUTE: Create Css file (test.css) 
EXECUTE: Type in Css file : .A { color: red; } 
EXECUTE: Open inputUserName.jsp 
EXECUTE: On Visual part of Editor click on Page design options icon 
EXECUTE: Click Add button and 
EXECUTE: Press Change button and select path to css file (/TestFolder/test.css) 
ASSERT:    Default path after  Change button pressed should point to curent project or workspace.
ASSERT:    If Edit button was pressed should find this *.css file 
FAILURE:   Default path after  Change button pressed points to root folder.
