Works for me under Ubuntu 7.10, I did a simple test:
1. EXECUTE: Install
2. EXECUTE: Start on new workspace
3. EXECUTE: Create seam project
4. EXECUTE: Open error.xhtml
5. EXECUTE: Put cursor into <h:messages /> and ask for attributes proposal list
6. ASSERT: There is list of <h:messages> tag attributes
7. EXECUTE: Insert dir attribute
8. EXECUTE: ask for dir attribute value proposals
9. ASSERT: make sure there are #{ ...} proposals, LTR, RTL and then #{ ... }
10. EXECUTE: Put Cursor on empty line and ask for tag proposals
11. ASSERT: Proposal list contains <f:,<h:, <s:, <ui: and #{...} proposals.
