Steps.
1. EXECUTE: Open some file (jsp, xhtml)
2. FAILURE: No visual part on "Visual/Source" tab
3. EXECUTE: Choose Preview tab
4. EXECUTE: Choose Visual/Source tab
5. ASSERT: Now visual part presents on "Visual/Source" tab
