I have add check for show or hidden visual part into selection listener, but my opinion it's not good save state of editor into VpeController(property visualEditorVisible,synced). It's will be better make method which will be returns the status of visual part in SashSetting class or smw else and call it's
to check if visual editor visible in controller. Status of sync will be good store in builder or some where  else but not controller too.
