Problem is that the same names cannot be used in property name and property value in file which properties loaded by load.property macro. 

for instance if you have in build.properties file line like

property-name=property-name-something

call

<load.property file="build.properties" src="property-name" dest="new-property"/>

new-property will assigned 'new-property-something' value

So I just added suffix for archives names in bird requirements build.properties '-archive' and updated all references to those properties.
