css editor would be nice if it could edit styleclasses in linked in files

The css editor is cool but is dependent on hardcoded styling inside a html file. We would like to avoid encouraging hardcoded styling.

We should find a way to have the css dialog work on styleclass and have it store back into the linked file instead of only working with hardcoded styles.
