I've managed to reproduce it. Sometimes WTP Wizard (we just extend it) cut description string. It's reproducable not only for Seam configuration but for WTP's ones too. Playing with the combobox helps. It seems to be a bug of WTP web project wizard.
I can't provide steps to reproduce it for sure.
