The wrong list of views is shown in the CA for the tag attributes that allows a user to specify a view (for example:  <s:link view="" />, <h:outputLink value="" />).

TestCase:
========
EXECUTE: Create a number of JSF and Seam projects (I have at least 10 projects in my workspace).
EXECUTE: Create an entity in some seam project and open a list page for that entity in XHTML Editor.
EXECUTE: Find <s:link /> tag in the entity list page and press Ctrl-space to see the CA proposals.

ASSERT: The selected project's views and directories are in the list of proposals.
