I have a problem with incremental Hot Deploying of a Seam Project with JBoss Tools...

I just started a standart Seam project via the Wizard and I just told login.xhtml to Debug at Server, at the beginining nothing had happened, I didn't see deployment logs in server logs and then I choose publish in JBoss Server View I see the following warning in the server logs....

2008-12-03 09:08:03,625 WARN  [org.jboss.deployment.scanner.URLDeploymentScanner] Scan URL, caught java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\jboss\jboss-4.2.3.GA\server\default\D:\projects\.metadata\.plugins\org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.core\JBoss 4.2.3.GA\deploy

I check this directory all the file marked under ear to deploy is there, so I don't know what is going wrong
