You should be able to create a new seam ejb module and enable Seam on it and state the war as its seam "parent". Let me know if that does not work for you.

The projects in the "root" Seam project designates the destination of the wizards.

Wether that could be extended to allow "multiple" destinations i'm not sure is needed.
